Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8-4pm and 11-7pm shifts

1 in 4 weekends, working from home

An established international retail brand with a strong European presence. Customer service is central to the business, and you’ll be part of a multilingual team supporting customers across the UK, Europe, and the United States.

The Role

You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and live chat, helping deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries in German and English
• Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and refunds
• Resolving issues clearly and professionally
• Learning product information to give accurate advice
• Working closely with the team to meet service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service experience (retail, office, or contact centre)
• Friendly and confident communication style
• Calm and professional problem-solving approach
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
